- BE REALISTIC. Set realistic goals when working out. Losing 5 pounds in 5 days is not healthy! Do NOT take drastic measures or shortcuts to lose weight. Discipline pays off in the end. Make living healthy a lifestyle.
- PATIENCE IS KEY. You will not see instant results. Even so, KEEP GOING! All great things require time. Track your progress but don’t overdo it. During this time you will be amazed at the woman you will become.
