So, my co-worker shared an amazing LinkedIn article about human beings wanting to feel, uhmmm, “human”. It brings me to ask what exactly has gotten into so many companies (and people in general) forgetting the human element to everything we do? Although money can certainly buy peace of mind, what it cannot buy is genuine friendship, a supportive spouse, a loyal Golden Retriever and…purpose.
The article is painfully honest about how Millennials are wanting more and more to be seen as investors and contributors to the overall success of any organization.
