The 30 Day Self-Love Challenge

Starting February 1, 2017:

  1. Write down your reasons for taking the challenge.
  2. Make a list of things you like about yourself and add “one” new thing every day.
  3. Wear your favorite outfit today.
  4. Make a list of all your accomplishments.
  5. Smile at everyone who passes you today.
  6. Write down your favorite motivational quotes.
  7. Make a conscious effort to drink more water.
  8. Write about someone who has inspired you to be a better person.
  9. Write down 3 words your friends would use to describe you.
  10. Say YES to something you normally wouldn’t.
  11. Write down your favorite personality trait and why.
  12. Turn off your phone and spend some time truly enjoying your own company.
  13. Cook your favorite meal and eat it!
  14. Write down a list of people you need to forgive and why.
  15. Plan a fun day out with someone you love.
  16. Write about a fear you would like to overcome and think about ways to overcome it.
  17. Compliment yourself today.
  18. Write down something you’ve been avoiding and go do it!
  19. Ask someone for help with something you’ve been struggling with.
  20. Write down a bad habit you have and make a plan to conquer it.
  21. Write down your top 3 physical features and why.
  22. Call someone you miss.
  23. Write a note to yourself 1 year in the future telling you how wonderful you are.
  24. Write about something you’re proud of and why.
  25. Go outside today!
  26. Write down something you worry about but can’t change. Accept it and let it go.
  27. What is a healthy habit you would like to have? Start implementing it today.
  28. Watch your favorite film.
  29. Ask a close friend/family member why they love you. Ask them to write it down and stick it somewhere you can read it every day.
  30. Write down what you’ve learned from this challenge.
