Starting February 1, 2017:

- Say YES to something you normally wouldn’t.
- Write down your favorite personality trait and why.
- Turn off your phone and spend some time truly enjoying your own company.
- Cook your favorite meal and eat it!
- Write down a list of people you need to forgive and why.
- Plan a fun day out with someone you love.
- Write about a fear you would like to overcome and think about ways to overcome it.
- Compliment yourself today.
- Write down something you’ve been avoiding and go do it!
- Ask someone for help with something you’ve been struggling with.
- Write down a bad habit you have and make a plan to conquer it.
- Write down your top 3 physical features and why.
- Call someone you miss.
- Write a note to yourself 1 year in the future telling you how wonderful you are.
- Write about something you’re proud of and why.
- Go outside today!
- Write down something you worry about but can’t change. Accept it and let it go.
- What is a healthy habit you would like to have? Start implementing it today.
