Master Peace

Life is challenging. This we know. But when those challenges arise, it’s important to understand the role “peace” plays in your life. Affliction, anxiety, and agitation are all a constant given, especially while persisting towards the plan for your life. How you react to any given situation determines how rich your life will be. It’s important to know that external conditions should never affect your peace of mind. Your peace HAS to come from within. Your frame of mind sets the tone for EVERYTHING…including your purpose. Peace of mind comes when you stop expecting and start accepting. With acceptance comes clarity, with clarity comes peace. So how do we attain this?

In order for peace to truly manifest, you have to first accept that some things you just won’t have any control over and will never be able to change – no matter how hard you try. The good news is that you have control over how outside influences alter your state of mind and mood. It is a skill that requires constant development as your diligence, persistence, and motivations are constantly being tested. Having and maintaining peace requires you getting to a state of inner calmness that brings forth balance and mental bliss.

Once you begin to minimize the things in your life that you are giving unnecessary energy to, you are forced to focus on the things that truly matter and the people who are directly connected to your purpose. Isolating situations and things that aren’t important garners the power needed to push forward in life. Focus on what you can control and ignore the negativity that tries to control you. Always ask yourself: How is this impacting my life? And most importantly… How does this align with my purpose? Your response to those questions will determine the next steps to take. Believe that everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.

Positive Energy Activates Controlled Emotions

When you learn to master peace, you can begin to view yourself (and your life) as a beautiful masterpiece!
