Happy “You” Year and WELCOME to 2019! While it might seem fitting to go on and on about New Year Resolutions and Vision Boards, I choose to digress. This is because there is nothing I can tell you that you don’t already know. The time is now and you know what you need to do. So, I’m going to get straight to the point. In 2019, all I ask is that you own your obligations. OR simply put, honor your commitments (especially those related to your purpose)! Regardless of what it is, if you can’t commit 100%, then that obligation, whatever it is, should be obsolete.

One of the most distinctive principles of success is commitment. Anything that you truly desire in life, you are going to have to commit to. Fulfilling your purpose means that everything you commit yourself to is influential and intentional. I am a firm believer that calculated commitment is what transforms a promise into reality. Read on for impactful insight on keeping your word:

Honor your commitments with integrity. -Les Brown

You always have two choices: your commitment versus your fear. -Sammy Davis Junior

The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment. -Tony Robbins

There is but one degree of commitment; total. -Arnie Sherr

If you didn’t know, true commitment requires relentless action towards success and achieving your goals!!! At the end of the day, YOUR word is your bond but the direction of where and how your purpose reveals itself is based on your commitment. Never set yourself up to over-promise and under-deliver.

What commitments will you honor in 2019?

As I consistently strive to embody excellence, I understand the value of garnering wisdom and direction from celebrated leaders who have come before me. I desire for people to use my life as a blueprint to hopefully enable them to understand the power they possess to create effectual change. I am an Educator, Author, Speaker, and Visionary.
