Dream Again

I hope and pray that you are not for one second thinking about allowing your dreams to die. If so, it’s important to recommit to being intentional about your life. After doing some fact-finding, I discovered many interesting facts and theories on dreams. Most theorists believe that dreams are a window into our subconscious-they help us solve problems, incorporate memories, and process emotions. Other researchers believe that dreams represent current psychological stress or struggles that express themselves in an environment considered safe. The one fact that rings true is that our most vivid dreams occur during Rapid Eye Movement Sleep because this is when the brain is most active. Of course, I correlate this with your vision for viability. Figuratively speaking, this means that when your brain is most active you must make time to dream about the most vivid circumstances for your life! You have to make a conscious decision to live and not just breathe (with your eyes closed)! The one thing I found to be the most fascinating about dreams is that the meaning behind them is unique to each person. This means that your purpose is meaningful and beneficial to you. Maya Mendoza once stated that no amount of security is worth the suffering of a mediocre life chained to a routine that has killed your dreams. I totally agree.

It’s time for you to dream the most outlandish dreams for your life and never wake up until they come true.
